Chad Grills

Founder & CEO

Chad is the former Founder and CEO of a company backed by Founders Fund and Sequoia. Past clients included Salesforce (six business units), Dell, Splunk, Twilio, and government entities including Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.

Apple named two podcasts he hosted "Best of Year." He has spoken at the Defense Foreign Language Institute, the Coast Guard Academy, and the Salesforce World Tour, and appeared as a guest on Spartan Up, Geopolitics and Empire, and Macroaggressions.

Chad is a U.S. Army veteran with deployments to Iraq and Egypt, and provided security for the 56th Presidential Inauguration. He holds a BA in Economics, where he pursued self-directed research into U.S. capital allocation strategies. He is the author of three books, with an upcoming title focused on a new theory of equity creation.

Dr. Dustin Chambers

Chief Technology Officer

Dustin is a Senior Advisor in the Office for Fiscal and Regulatory Analysis at AFPI, specializing in regulation, applied econometrics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. He previously served on President Trump’s Council of Economic Advisers as the Senior Economist for Regulations.

He is Professor Emeritus at Salisbury University’s Perdue School of Business after more than 20 years of service and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Regulatory Economics. He has published 30 peer-reviewed articles and numerous policy papers for organizations including the Mercatus Center and the National Governors Association.

In 2024, he was a Visiting Fellow at Stanford’s Hoover Institution, applying Large Language Models to study the impact of regulations on businesses. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Riverside.
